Are you a passionate relationship-builder with a flair for fundraising? Do you want to use your skills to make a real difference for nature and the planet?

Practicus is partnering with Butterfly Conservation to find a dynamic and driven Corporate Fundraising Officer. This role involves growing and nurturing our network of corporate supporters to help protect butterflies, moths, and their habitats, while enabling businesses to make a positive environmental impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing and developing relationships with existing corporate donors
• Securing new partnerships with aligned organizations
• Creating proposals, reports, and engaging updates
• Achieving income targets while providing excellent supporter experiences
• Supporting online shop and product partnerships to promote sustainability
• Collaborating with Communications to highlight partnerships
• Advising local volunteer branches on securing business support

What You’ll Bring:

• Successful experience in fundraising, ideally corporate fundraising
• Experience working within charities
• Ability to manage diverse relationships
• Experience with charity CRM systems
• Knowledge of GDPR and fundraising regulations
• Ability to develop and implement fundraising strategies
• Experience stewarding funder relationships
• Excellent communication skills
• A passion for environmental impact
• Flexible working arrangements and remote-first culture

Salary: £28,148 to £32,519 per annum (Pro rata)

Working hours: 2.5 or 3 days per week

Location: Fully remote with occasional travel to Dorset
