Are you a passionate relationship-builder with a flair for fundraising? Do you want to use your skills to make a real difference for nature and the planet?

Practicus is partnering with Butterfly Conservation to recruit a Corporate Fundraising Officer. This role involves growing and nurturing their network of corporate supporters to help protect butterflies, moths, and their habitats, while enabling businesses to make a positive environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and developing relationships with existing corporate donors.
• Identifying and securing new partnerships with aligned organizations.
• Creating tailored proposals, reports, and updates.
• Achieving income targets while providing excellent supporter experiences.
• Supporting online shop and product partnerships to promote sustainable goods.
• Collaborating with the Communications Team to highlight partnerships.
• Advising local volunteer branches on securing business support.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proven success in fundraising, ideally corporate fundraising.
• Experience working within charities.
• Ability to manage and develop diverse relationships, including with senior stakeholders.
• Practical experience with charity CRM systems.
• Knowledge of GDPR and fundraising regulations.
• Ability to develop and implement effective fundraising strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for environmental causes and a role with purpose.
• Flexible working arrangements and remote-first culture.
• Opportunities for training and professional development.

Salary: £28,148 to £32,519 per annum (Pro rata)

Working hours: 2.5 or 3 days per week

Location: Fully remote, with occasional travel to Dorset.
