Are you a passionate relationship-builder with a flair for fundraising? Do you want to use your skills to make a real difference for nature and the planet?

Practicus is delighted to partner with Butterfly Conservation, seeking a dynamic and driven Corporate Fundraising Officer to help grow and nurture their network of corporate supporters. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in protecting butterflies, moths, and their habitats while helping businesses make a positive impact.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and developing relationships with existing corporate donors
• Identifying and securing new partnerships with aligned organizations
• Creating tailored proposals, reports, and updates
• Meeting income targets while providing excellent supporter experiences
• Supporting online shop and product partnerships to promote sustainable goods
• Collaborating with the Communications Team to highlight partnerships
• Advising local volunteer branches on securing business support

Requirements:

• Proven experience in fundraising, ideally corporate fundraising
• Experience working within charities
• Ability to manage and develop relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Practical experience with charity CRM systems
• Knowledge of GDPR and fundraising regulations
• Ability to develop and implement fundraising strategies
• Experience in stewarding funder relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Additional details:

• Salary: £28,148 to £32,519 per annum (Pro rata)
• Working hours: 2.5 or 3 days per week
• Location: Fully remote with occasional travel to Dorset
