PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) accountancy practice seeks a Corporate Finance Manager to develop the corporate finance offering in the UK. You will work directly with partners to build a scalable function, deliver high-quality advisory work across the full deal lifecycle, and drive fee growth.

You will lead deal execution, client management, business development, and team leadership, shaping the firm's future with a clear route to leadership and equity participation.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in corporate finance or transaction services.
  • Strong track record across M&A / advisory engagements.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and delivering to deadlines.

We are a growing, ambitious accountancy practice seeking to appoint a Corporate Finance Manager to develop our corporate finance offering.This is a high-impact role in a lean business, working directly with the partners to:Build a scalable corporate finance functionDeliver high-quality advisory work across the full deal lifecycleDrive fee growth and originate new opportunitiesThe successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the firm's future, with a clear route to leadership .

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deal Execution & Technical Delivery
    • Manage corporate finance engagements across:
    • Business disposals (trade sales, exit planning)
    • Acquisitions and buy-side advisory
    • Management buyouts (MBOs) and Employee Ownership Trusts (EOTs)
    • Financial due diligence (vendor and buy-side)
    • Business valuations and strategic option reviews
    • Debt and equity fundraising
    • Work will typically involve:
    • Financial modelling and valuation analysis
    • Preparation of Information Memoranda and reports
    • Managing data rooms and due diligence processes
    • Liaising with clients, banks, lawyers, and other stakeholders
    • Identifying key risks, value drivers, and deal adjustments
  2. Client Management
    • Act as day-to-day lead adviser on transactions
    • Build strong relationships with owner-managed businesses
    • Translate technical analysis into clear commercial advice
    • Manage client expectations, timelines, and deliverables
  3. Business Development & Growth
    • Drive origination of new corporate finance work from: Existing client base
    • Professional introducers (banks, lawyers, IFAs)
    • Lead proposals, pitches, and networking activity
    • Identify cross-selling opportunities with accounts, tax, and audit teams
  4. Team Leadership & Development
    • Manage and mentor junior staff (analysts/managers)
    • Review work outputs and maintain quality standards
    • Provide technical coaching on: Deal structuring
    • Financial analysis
    • Report writing
    • Support recruitment as the team grows
  5. Strategic Contribution
    • Work with partners to: Define the corporate finance strategy
    • Develop service propositions and pricing
    • Improve processes and delivery frameworks
    • Contribute to wider firm growth and positioning
Person Specification
  • Essential Experience
    • Proven experience in corporate finance or transaction services
    • Strong track record across M&A / advisory engagements
    • Experience managing multiple projects and delivering to deadlines
    • Demonstrable client-facing and stakeholder management experience
  • Technical Skills
    • Advanced financial modelling and valuation capability
    • Strong understanding of: Deal structures
    • Financial due diligence
    • Working capital / net debt analysis
    • High-quality report writing and commercial insight
  • Qualifications
    • ACA / ACCA (or equivalent) - essential
    • Additional corporate finance qualifications advantageous
