Job summary

Downey Osborne, partnering with a leading professional services firm in the Belfast area, is recruiting a Corporate Finance Manager to head up Transaction Diligence within the Deal Advisory team. The role involves leading buy-side and sell-side TD, analysing performance, working capital, debt and cash flow, and presenting findings to clients and investors.

We seek ACA/ACCA/CA qualified professionals with strong DD experience and excellent financial analysis, report writing, and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CA or equivalent.
• Strong Transaction Diligence / Financial Due Diligence experience.
• Background in Corporate Finance, Transaction Services or Deal Advisory.
• Excellent financial analysis and report writing skills.
• Experience managing projects and client relationships.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially aware with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead buy-side and sell-side Transaction Diligence assignments.
• Analyse financial performance, working capital, debt and cash flow.
• Identify key financial risks and commercial opportunities.
• Prepare and review due diligence reports.
• Manage project delivery and client expectations.
• Liaise with clients, investors and professional advisers.
