Due to ongoing outstanding performance, they are now recruiting several new positions, including that of Corporate Finance Executive.

The Role

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a recently qualified accountant to enter the field of corporate finance. Typical activities include:

• Assist and be responsible for complex analysis of buy-side and sell-side deals for trade and private equity clients.
• Create and review financial models and forecasts.
• Liaise with clients, investors, lenders, and other external stakeholders.
• Assist Partners and Directors in representing the firm at meetings and events.
• Work proactively with Partners to develop your experience and skills in deal-making.

The Person

This opportunity is ideal for a Chartered Accountant to take ownership of activities and benefit from success. Key requirements include:

• 3+ years’ experience in audit, assurance, or analytics within a leading public practice.
• Experience in M&A or transaction services is advantageous but not essential.
• Full ACA or ACCA qualification from a respected accounting firm.
• Good educational background.
• Ability to work with senior management and confidently present information to clients in person and via phone/email.
