Job summary

Curve Group in Manchester is seeking a senior Corporate Finance professional to shape the next stage of the Manchester practice. You will originate and lead M&A transactions, advise business owners through major decisions, and collaborate with colleagues across the national network.

You will leverage North West relationships, credibility to win mandates, and ambition to grow the business, with room to take on broader leadership as the firm expands.

• A strong track record in Corporate Finance and M&A.
• Established North West relationships with business owners, advisers, investors and other introducers.
• Credibility to win mandates and guide clients from first conversation through to completion.
