Our client in the asset management and leasing sector is currently seeking a Corporate Finance Analyst to join their team in London. Reporting to the Corporate Finance Manager, this is a broad role involving a wide range of corporate finance and analytical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintaining and developing financial models to assist the Corporate Finance Team and the wider business
2. Valuation and debt modelling
3. Identifying and understanding key value drivers for the business and maximising shareholder value
4. Assisting in the creation of presentations to highlight corporate strategy, board materials, and investment memos
5. Supporting the wider corporate finance team, including the pricing and structured finance functions
6. Performing additional ad-hoc corporate finance and analytical responsibilities for other business divisions

Candidate Requirements:

• Prior experience in a corporate finance-related role
• Strong analytical skills and modelling experience, particularly in valuation and debt modelling
• Excellent Excel skills
• Agile, with a proactive, 'can-do' attitude and eagerness to learn and support the team
