Our client is a growing private equity backed Film and television company. Operating across Europe, the business works closely with other major Film and TV businesses to provide market leading Films/TV series. They are looking to continue their growth, with plans for a series C fundraise on the horizon. As a result of their growth the team is looking to hire a Financial Analyst to work closely with the Head of Corporate Development, to support all corporate finance and strategic advisory activities.

Description

The role of a Corporate Finance Analyst is split into a few core areas: Corporate Finance Projects, Financial Forecasting, Business Partnering, Production Finance and Preparing Reports for the C-Suite and Investors. You will partner with different departments, responding to investor/stakeholder queries and supporting on external valuations, due diligence on acquisition targets, and capital raising or refinancing. This role will work with the Investment Finance and TV & Film Production teams to track key commercial indicators. This position will be expected to design, prepare and report with data driven analysis to support project implementation, as well as managing the quarterly reforecasting process.

Skills

Candidates for this Corporate Finance Analyst role will need to have experience working in an advisory or professional services firm within the M&A, deal advisory or transaction services team and/or exposure to corporate development in the industry. A professional qualification is preferred (ACA/CA/CFA) and candidates must have a genuine and demonstrable interest in the film/TV/media industry.
