We are seeking an outstanding operator with a proven track record in corporate events. You will lead, develop, manage, and motivate a high-performing team to ensure our clients receive services of the highest standard. You will also play a key role in account development plans and leading change management processes.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the delivery of all on-site Conference & Corporate, MICE, and Track events, ensuring adherence to company policies, objectives, and budgets.
  • Develop and motivate a high-performing team, ensuring high standards of service and client engagement.
  • Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders for smooth operational delivery.
  • Manage budgets, costs, and financial reconciliation processes.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in event services and customer experience.
  • Ensure health & safety policies are adhered to across all activities.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering a positive and proactive culture.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

Skills and Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a diverse Conference & Banqueting, hospitality, or events environment.
  • IOSH Managing Safety Qualification, Personal Licence, Level 3 Food and Safety (desirable).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and operational skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving and ownership capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business IT systems.
  • Full UK driving license.
