Job summary

Aramark at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is recruiting a Corporate Events Chef to lead the BOH for all corporate events across the resort. You will guide culinary vision, develop menus, manage allergens, and ensure food safety while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

The role supports events from galas to weddings, with full-time, flexible hours, including weekends. You will also act as relief chef across hotel operations when events are sparse, ensuring consistent kitchen leadership.

Qualifications

• Previous Food & Beverage or Hospitality experience required.
• Food safety qualifications required or desirable.
• Experience of preparing large volumes of food in a similar environment.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and deliver tasks on time.
• Strong communication with peers and management.

Responsibilities

• Develop menus and amendments for each event and deliver impressive food and drink.
• Prepare dishes to high standard efficiently for each event.
• Adhere to allergen and dietary requirements as needed.
• Maintain Health & Safety and Food Safety standards across operations.
• Work with front-of-house to ensure outstanding guest experience.
• Order stock to meet event par levels and support tastings and events.
• Schedule kitchen team for events and provide coverage.
• Provide relief support across hotel kitchens when no events are booked.
