Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Concierge / Workplace Experience Host in London to deliver a high-quality front-of-house service at a corporate head office. You will welcome visitors, manage the client suite, and prepare meeting spaces while coordinating with catering, facilities and security to ensure a seamless service.

Ideal candidates have corporate reception or hospitality experience, excellent customer service, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a corporate reception, concierge, or hospitality role.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional meet and greet for visitors, clients, and employees.
• Create a welcoming client suite environment.
• Prepare and set up meeting rooms for use throughout the day.
• Manage meeting room bookings and changes as needed.
• Support hospitality services for meetings and events.
