Job summary

eNL in Cheshire is seeking a Corporate Solicitor (Senior role) with 5+ PQE to lead and shape the corporate practice. You will oversee a team of solicitors, supervise case work and drive delivery of strategic legal services to corporate clients.

The role covers M&A, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, restructures and commercial contracts, with a focus on growth, client development and high-performance collaboration within an award-winning firm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years PQE in corporate law.
• Evidence of leadership experience.
• Strong commercial acumen with business development experience.
• Proven track record in managing complex corporate work in a high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and oversee a team of Solicitors.
• Supervise case work and monitor development and delivery of corporate services to clients.
• Deliver legal advice across M&A, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, restructures and contracts.
• Contribute to strategic planning and growth of the corporate department.
