A respected regional law firm in Salisbury is seeking a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor with over 5 years of PQE to join their team. You will advise clients on various corporate matters and manage your caseload while contributing to the firm's development. The role offers a hybrid working model, allowing for flexibility with in-person collaboration. Corporate & Commercial Solicitor - 5+ PQE - Salisbury
Location: Salisbury
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week (Hybrid option available - minimum 3 days in office)
Salary: £60,000 to £70,000
PQ E: 5+ years

Chadwick Nott are pleased to be working with a respected regional firm currently seeking an experienced Solicitor to join their Corporate & Commercial department in Salisbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven lawyer to take a leading role in a well-established and ambitious team, with scope to shape the department's future growth and presence in the local business community.

The Role

• You'll advise a broad range of clients on complex corporate and commercial matters, including:

• Business sales and acquisitions
• Commercial contracts and trading arrangements
• Joint ventures and partnership structures
• Company restructuring and de-mergers
• Shareholder agreements and shareholder disputes

You'll be expected to manage your own caseload, contribute to the department's strategic development, and actively engage in marketing and networking initiatives to grow client relationships.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' PQE with an existing client following
• Ability to develop and manage a growing caseload
• Willingness to attend the Salisbury office at least 3 days per week
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach
• Enthusiasm for business development and community engagement

Location & Working Arrangements
