Job summary

TSR Legal in Chippenham is seeking a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join its growing commercial offering.

The role suits a solicitor around 3 years’ PQE who wants greater client contact and responsibility while working alongside experienced senior lawyers. You will advise owner-managed businesses, SMEs and established regional organisations on a varied mix of corporate transactions and commercial agreements.

Qualifications

• Be a qualified Solicitor with ideally 3+ years’ PQE.
• Have experience within Corporate, Commercial or a combined Corporate & Commercial practice.
• Be confident handling matters with appropriate autonomy.
• Have strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Be commercially minded and comfortable dealing directly with business owners.
• Have an interest in networking and business development.

About the Role

TSR Legal is working with an established regional law firm seeking a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join its growing commercial offering.

The opportunity would suit a solicitor from around 3 years’ PQE who wants greater client contact and responsibility while continuing to work alongside experienced senior lawyers.

You will advise owner-managed businesses, SMEs and established regional organisations on a varied mixture of corporate transactions and commercial agreements.
