G2 Legal Limited is seeking an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor (Senior Associate through to Partner level) to join its Dorchester-based team. The role offers a broad mix of high-quality corporate and commercial matters, with hybrid working and opportunities for career progression.

You'll contribute to business development, client base growth and the ongoing success of the department, while supervising and mentoring junior lawyers to enhance the team's capabilities.

Corporate Commercial Senior Associate Solicitor/Partner level

Location: Dorchester, Dorset/with Hybrid working

We're working with a well-regarded Legal 500 law firm seeking an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor (Senior Associate through to Partner level) to join its established team, based in the Dorchester area.

This is a fantastic opportunity to handle a broad mix of high-quality corporate and commercial matters, while also playing a key role in growing the client base and supporting the continued success of the department. Alongside fee-earning responsibilities, you'll contribute to team development through supervision, mentoring and effective delegation.

About You:

You’ll be an ambitious and proactive Lawyer with strong interpersonal skills and a solid background in both corporate transactions and commercial contracts. Experience should include areas such as general commercial agreements, supply and distribution arrangements, franchise agreements and terms and conditions.

Strong business development and networking capabilities are essential, along with a commercial mindset and the ability to take a strategic, big-picture approach.
