Job summary

ENL Legal Recruitment is seeking a Corporate & Commercial Associate Director with 1-3 years PQE for the West Midlands. You will handle matters across business sales, acquisitions, reorganisations, shareholder arrangements, and commercial contracts while working with senior lawyers on larger deals.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Applications are sought from Corporate Commercial Solicitors with between 1-3 Years PQE
• Are comfortable managing your own matters while knowing when to seek guidance
• Have experience across a range of corporate transactions and/or commercial contracts
• Enjoy getting to know clients and understanding the businesses behind the legal issues
• Take a practical, commercially minded approach to problem-solving
• Want to develop your profile and contribute to business development and networking opportunities
• Are ambitious about progressing your career and working towards Associate level
