ENL Legal Recruitment is seeking a Corporate & Commercial Associate Director with 1-3 years PQE for the West Midlands. You will handle matters across business sales, acquisitions, reorganisations, shareholder arrangements, and commercial contracts while working with senior lawyers on larger deals.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years PQE in corporate/commercial
• Ability to manage own matters while knowing when to seek guidance
• Experience across corporate transactions and/or commercial contracts
• Develop relationships with clients and understand the businesses behind the legal issues
• Practical, commercially minded problem-solving approach
• Ambitious to progress and contribute to business development
• Aspire to progress toward Associate level

Responsibilities

• Build experience across areas such as business sales and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, shareholder arrangements, commercial contracts and general business advice.
• Manage your own work while contributing to larger and more complex transactions alongside senior team members.
