Kody, a dynamic and rapidly expanding Fintech company, is seeking 5 driven Corporate Business Development Managers to join their team. The CBDMs will play a critical role in growing the business by identifying and converting new sales opportunities and nurturing relationships with existing clients.
Kody delivers innovative payment solutions to brick-and-mortar businesses, primarily in the hospitality industry, with a mobile point of sale platform and payments aggregator. With recent funding from prominent tech investors and leading hospitality chains, KodyPay is poised for significant growth.
The CBDMs will be key members of the team, working alongside the VP of Commercial.
This role is strategic and involves a 360-degree sales approach. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to influence overall sales strategy and will be motivated to work in the field to directly drive business growth.
2+ years of recent sales experience in payments within the hospitality space; UK-based and authorized to work in the UK; proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong negotiation and closing skills; ability to work both operationally and strategically.
