Job summary

Itchy Feet is seeking a Corporate Product Associate to join the Commercial team in Guernsey or Jersey. This permanent, full-time role involves product management, commercial analysis, and corporate banking support, focusing on savings, mortgage, and corporate banking products.

You will coordinate pricing changes, assist decision-making, and deliver exceptional service to corporate clients while maintaining regulatory compliance and risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, implementation, and ongoing management of savings, mortgage, and corporate banking products.
• Assist with pricing, forecasting, liquidity management, and performance analysis.
• Coordinate product launches, pricing changes, and customer communications across relevant systems and channels.
• Support product governance activities, including approvals, reviews, and documentation.
• Gather customer, market, and competitor insights to help shape future propositions.
• Deliver exceptional support to corporate banking clients, ensuring instructions and requests are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a strong focus on risk, regulatory compliance, and customer outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, customer journeys, and operational efficiency.
