Buckden Partners has been mandated by a global Bank to support them on the search for a new Corporate Banking Director in their Hotels team.

They are currently looking for a dynamic Relationship Director to join their London team and play a pivotal role in building a commercial portfolio from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage an active portfolio of Corporate banking customers and growing the bank with the acquisition of new customers.
• Develop and deliver business plan, responding to internal risk challenges, external market challenges, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage all aspects of Risk, including Credit, Operational and Regulatory.
• Collaborate proactively with the Managing Director of Commercial Banking to formulate a strategic business plan for the designated area, offering support in the development of support staff.

Experience and Skills:

• Successful background in Commercial Banking with in-depth knowledge of the hotel sector.
• Proven track record in developing new business and growing a portfolio of high-quality commercial clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including networking, negotiation, presentation, influencing, and collaboration.
• Proficient in business development and risk analysis.
