Frasia Wright Associates in London seeks a Corporate Associate with 2–4 years’ PQE to join a leading transactional team. The role involves handling high-quality cross-border mandates across sectors including M&A, private equity, venture capital, EC Markets, restructurings, and JVs.

You will work on complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions for global clients, developing expertise within a team known for its sector knowledge and international reach.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ PQE in corporate transactional work.
• Experience with cross-border mandates and multi-jurisdictional transactions.
• Strong drafting, legal research and commercial awareness.
• Ability to manage projects and work independently when appropriate.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Associate with 2–4 years’ PQE to join a leading transactional team in London.

This role offers exposure to high-quality, cross-border mandates across a variety of sectors, including public and private M&A, private equity, venture capital, equity capital markets, restructurings, joint ventures, and strategic projects.

You will work on complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions for global clients, developing your expertise within a team recognized for its sector knowledge and international reach. This position is ideal for candidates looking to gain significant experience in major corporate transactions and cross-border work for blue-chip clients.
