Montresor Legal is seeking a 2-4 PQE Associate to join its core London Corporate M&A practice. The role involves handling day-to-day workstreams on domestic and cross-border M&A deals and drafting key documents such as SPAs and shareholder agreements.

The candidate will lead due diligence and coordinate inputs from tax, regulatory, and employment specialists, while directly engaging with clients and management teams on complex transactions.

Competenze

• 2-4 years PQE within a well-regarded UK, US, or international corporate practice.
• Broad exposure to private M&A (public M&A or PE experience is a plus).
• Strong transactional discipline, sound commercial judgment, and confidence running deal mechanics.

The Role
