Beacon Legal in London is seeking a Corporate/M&A Lawyer with 5+ PQE to join our international practice. You’ll handle acquisitions and disposals, private equity investments, and governance, drafting and negotiating transaction documents while coordinating cross‑jurisdiction workstreams.

You will own workstreams, communicate directly with clients, and deliver practical, commercially focused advice. The role offers high‑quality international work, with reasonable hours and work‑life balance;

• Minimum 5 years’ PQE with strong corporate/M&A background from a reputable firm.
• Ability to own transaction workstreams and deliver commercially focused advice.
• Comfortable drafting, negotiating and coordinating cross‑jurisdiction workstreams.

An established international law firm is seeking a corporate lawyer to join its London team.

The firm advises businesses and investors on complex international transactions. This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys varied corporate work, meaningful client contact and responsibility for managing matters, with support from experienced partners.

The work

The practice covers a broad range of corporate transactions and advisory matters, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals for corporate and investor clients
• Private equity investments and joint ventures
• Corporate reorganisations and group restructurings
• Equity investments and fundraising transactions
• Corporate governance and ongoing advisory work

You’ll help draft and negotiate transaction documents, manage due diligence and coordinate workstreams with clients and advisers across jurisdictions.

About you

You’ll have minimum 5 years’ PQE and a strong corporate/M&A background gained at a respected commercial law firm. You should be comfortable taking ownership of transaction workstreams, communicating directly with clients and delivering practical, commercially focused advice.
