Corporate Associate - Cardiff

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced corporate lawyer looking for a new challenge. As a Corporate Associate, you will have at least 3 years PQE and can be expected to join an award-winning Corporate team working on a broad range of corporate matters and transactions, including corporate finance, mergers, acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, management buy‑outs, buy‑ins, business transfers, restructuring, and PE & VC investments.
