Solicitor - Corporate - Cardiff - 3 Years PQE
Location: Cardiff (Office-based)
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £55,000 to £75,000 (dependent on experience)

The Role

You'll work closely with an experienced corporate team on a wide range of transactional and advisory matters, including:

• Mergers and acquisitions
• Private equity and investment transactions
• Corporate restructures and reorganisations
• Shareholder agreements and governance matters
• Joint ventures and commercial arrangements
• Supporting senior lawyers on complex, high value deals
• Managing your own matters with appropriate supervision
• Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development

Candidate Requirements

This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:
