Job summary

LC Legal is recruiting for a Corporate Associate (3+ PQE) to join a Top 50 UK law firm’s expanding South West team, based in the Bristol market. You will handle high-quality transactional work and take on early responsibility within a collaborative corporate group.

You’ll advise owner-managed businesses, fast-growth companies, and institutional clients while developing client relationships and growing the practice regionally. The role offers growth, visibility, and a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with around 3+ years' PQE and solid experience handling corporate matters.
• Strong technical knowledge of corporate law and transactions.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Commercial and proactive approach to growth.
• Interest in helping grow a regional practice.

Responsibilities

• Handle mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructures, shareholder agreements.
• Assist investments and private equity transactions.
• Provide general corporate advisory support.
• Collaborate with the Corporate Partner and team to manage matters end-to-end.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to support firm growth.
