As part of our Corporate team, you will build strong relationships with clients in the corporate space, understanding their needs and providing exceptional account servicing support to ensure their satisfaction and long-term partnership with us.

How you'll make an impact
  • Create documents for new customers, mid-term adjustments, and renewals.
  • Ensure all customer details are accurately recorded and entered promptly to maintain data integrity.
  • Obtain renewal terms, exploring options before providing the best solution.
  • Prepare renewal closings from meeting minutes and ensure cover is bound before renewal date.
  • Manage insurer and customer queries regarding policies.
  • Confirm cover with insurers, process policies, and follow up on outstanding documentation.
  • Handle account queries and credit control matters, highlighting concerns.
  • Apply legal and regulatory policies related to internal policies and insurance contracts.
About You
  • Experience with cross-class commercial/corporate products is ideal.
  • Knowledge of general commercial insurance.
  • Working towards or holding Chartered Insurance Institute Qualifications (Cert CII/Dip CII) is desirable.
  • Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to meet targets within a regulated framework and achieve SLAs.
  • Excellent rapport-building and customer service skills with strong communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Acturis.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
