Insight, a well-established independent insurance broker in Colchester, is seeking a knowledgeable Corporate Account Handler to manage a portfolio of large clients across sectors. You will service renewals, MTAs, and day-to-day queries while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Corporate Account Handler within the insurance industry.
• Strong technical knowledge across a variety of commercial insurance products.
• Confident in client communication and insurer negotiation.
• Organised, professional, and driven to deliver excellent client outcomes.
• Cert CII qualified or working towards (desirable but not essential).

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate clients, handling renewals, MTAs, and day-to-day queries.
• Re-market policies and negotiate with insurers to secure the best terms and coverage.
• Advise clients on suitable cover across a range of commercial lines, including property, liability, motor, and packages.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and delivered to a high standard.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with both clients and underwriters.

We're partnering with a well-established independent insurance broker in Colchester who are looking for a knowledgeable and motivated Corporate Account Handler to manage a portfolio of large sized clients across a variety of sectors.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone confident in servicing, renewals, re-broking, and maintaining strong client relationships. You'll also have the chance to contribute to business development from existing clients and referrals - no cold calling required.
