Job summary

Veterans Regroup CIC coordinates and delivers Armed Forces hubs across Cornwall, enabling veterans, service personnel and families to access coordinated support. The role focuses on hub coordination, volunteer development, and casework within a trauma-informed, inclusive environment.

You will work two days at the Veteran Centre in Truro and additional hours from home as needed, with a 3-year fixed-term contract and a salary around £30,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Experience in project and event coordination.
• Degree or equivalent experience in community work.
• Proven experience recruiting, training and supporting volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver multi-agency Armed Forces hubs across Cornwall.
• Recruit, induct and support veteran volunteers.
• Deliver one-to-one casework support to individuals with complex needs.
• Engage with statutory and voluntary partners and military bases.
• Promote hubs via social media and community outreach.
• Maintain data records and reporting to support compliance.
