The Royal British Legion Scotland seeks a dedicated coordinator to deliver the Veterans Community Support Service across the Angus, Perthshire & Fife Area. You will engage with the Ex-Service community and partners to provide vital support to veterans and their families.

You will manage and train Support Volunteers, ensuring they understand their duties, and you may assist with events beyond your contracted hours. The role offers a fixed term to March 2027 with a salary of £18,750 per annum.

Qualifications

• Co-ordinate delivery of Veterans Community Support Service within Angus, Perthshire & Fife Area.
• Engage with Ex-Service Community and partners to provide veteran and family support.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and support volunteers within area; ensure volunteers are trained and aware of responsibilities.
• Engage with veterans and their families; provide information, signposting and assistance as needed.
• Work may occur outside contracted hours to support events or the team.
