The Role: Corner Supervisor

STONE ISLAND is searching for a dynamic, proactive, and self-driven Corner Supervisor to join our team at Selfridges.

The Corner Supervisor is passionate about our brand, embodying the role of Brand Ambassador. They are responsible for driving sales by delivering exceptional customer service and managing point-of-sale operations. They contribute to team management and development, working closely with the Wholesale Area Manager to grow the business.

The Day-To-Day:
  • Proactiveness: Take initiative, anticipate issues, motivate the team, drive sales, and respond to market trends.
  • Product Knowledge: Have strong knowledge of the collection, fabrics, and product specifics.
  • Business: Drive sales through individual results and KPIs, maximize sales opportunities, and analyze reports to grow the business. Coach the team on company initiatives, support individual growth, and maintain visual standards.
Key Qualifications:
  • Deep understanding, passion, and enthusiasm for Stone Island.
  • Strong knowledge of the fashion industry and at least 3-5 years in luxury retail.
  • Trustworthiness, flexibility, teamwork attitude.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proven sales success, client-building skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze sales reports.
