Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking an experienced Core Subject Tutor to provide 1:1 tuition to primary and secondary pupils in the Chesterfield area. The role is part-time and follows school hours, with tuition taking place in schools, libraries, or home settings as needed.

Location: S43, Chesterfield
Hours: Part-Time, Weekdays During School Hours
Pay: £25 - £30 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications

We are seeking an experienced Core Subject Tutor to provide 1:1 tuition to primary and secondary-aged pupils in the Chesterfield (S43) area.

This rewarding role involves supporting pupils in core subjects, including Maths, English, and Science, with many learners requiring additional support due to SEN, ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or other barriers to learning. Tuition may take place in schools, public libraries, or home settings, depending on the needs of the pupil.

The successful candidate will be confident in planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to each child's individual learning needs, helping them build confidence, close learning gaps, and achieve their educational goals.
