Job summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking a Core Subject Tutor SEN to provide one-to-one support to students across Staffordshire. The role focuses on Maths and English tuition for learners with SEN, including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH, with at least 6 months UK tutoring experience.

The position is temporary, part-time (20 hours per week) and requires a commitment to safeguarding standards and DBS checks. Right to work in the UK is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months UK-based tutoring or teaching experience.
• Experience supporting students with SEN in one-to-one or small group settings.
• Knowledge of strategies to support learners with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, or additional learning needs.
• Experience delivering Maths and/or English tuition.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
