Job summary

Connex Education Partnership is seeking passionate Core Subject Tutors to deliver face-to-face tutoring sessions and personalised support for students in Leeds. The role welcomes tutors who can work with various settings, including home, school, or community spaces, based on availability.

A QTS and a degree in the relevant subject are required, along with SEN/SEMH experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in one or more core subjects (e.g., Math, Science, English).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with learners and parents.
• Ability to tailor teaching methods to individual student needs and contexts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions in person.
• Build strong relationships with hard-to-reach pupils.
• Support homework, exam preparation, and skill development.
