You will work closely with senior client stakeholders in central government, while line-managing a small team of consultants.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in consulting or advisory roles, including leading client engagements or workstreams.
• UK Security Check (SC) clearance, or eligibility and willingness to obtain it, is essential due to the nature of our client work.
• Experience in the UK public sector, particularly central government, is highly desirable.
• Confident managing timelines, budgets and resources using agile and hybrid delivery approaches.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements and workstreams that join up strategy, governance, change and benefits into one transformation journey.
• Shape and grow Copilot and workplace AI propositions, working with Microsoft and Capgemini account teams to build pipeline and win work.
• Deliver projects or workstreams on time and within budget, managing risks and quality.
