Job summary

3004 Avanade UK Limited Company is seeking a specialist to enable Automation and AI functions within client environments by enhancing their Power Platform capabilities. Responsibilities include designing solutions, articulating requirements, and developing multi-agent systems. The ideal candidate will have significant expertise in Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and software development, including languages like Python and JavaScript.

This role is pivotal for introducing efficiencies and advanced functionalities in client processes. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 platforms and AI technologies will be beneficial for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in working with Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents.
• Expertise in Power Automate Flows (both desktop and cloud) and computer use.
• Experience in Canvas and Model‑Driven App development.
• Experience working with Dataverse Tables and data formats such as XML and JSON.
• Knowledge of Model Context Protocol, Agent‑to‑Agent and LLM selection is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Enable powerful Automation & AI functions within our clients by establishing and growing their Power Platform capabilities.
• Design and implement Agentic AI end-to-end Copilot Studio and Power Platform solutions.
• Communicate with stakeholders to capture, analyze and document requirements.
• Develop Multi Agent Solutions, Copilot Studio (PVA), Canvas apps, Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows, Dataverse artefacts, AI Builder, Business Process Flows, Model‑Driven Apps, and Power Pages.
• Engage directly with teams within the client and Avanade environments to share knowledge and upskill them.
• Stay up to date with the latest features and functionality of AI, Power Platform and the wider Microsoft Stack.
• Identify opportunities to improve and gain efficiencies for existing processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in working with Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents.
• Expertise in Power Automate Flows (both desktop and cloud) and computer use.
• Experience in Canvas and Model‑Driven App development.
• Experience working with Dataverse Tables and data formats such as XML and JSON.
• Competent understanding of Microsoft365, including M365 Copilot Teams and SharePoint‑related infrastructure.
• Knowledge of AzureAIFoundry and Microsoft365 SDK.
• Knowledge of Model Context Protocol, Agent‑to‑Agent and LLM selection (advantage).
• Software development experience, including proficiency in one or more of the following: Python, JavaScript, JSON, React and related scripting, .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET), REST services, and PowerShell.
• Desirable: experience with Power Pages.
• EU Characteristics that can spell success for this role (if applicable).
