Location: Peterborough, PE2 6XE

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

  1. Provide fleet management support for the VWG demonstrator fleets across the 5 brands & NLC.
  2. Proactively manage the fleets to ensure efficient in-fleeting and defleeting in line with brand requirements.
  3. Conduct detailed analysis of wave planning recommendations to be presented to the brands at monthly meetings.
  4. Manage annual budget trackers and activity forecasting aligned to brand planning.
  5. Order and register vehicles for the brand.
  6. Manage V5 documentation.
  7. Update the brands throughout the month to ensure ordering, registration, and deflate targets are met and on time.
  8. Work with GBA to push cars through PDI to avoid delays or shortfalls in brand targets.
  9. Use monthly and weekly reports to analyze fleet trends and ensure data integrity, striving for continuous improvement and sharing best practices across brands.
  10. Support the Demo Customer Services Manager with projects and initiatives to effectively manage the programme.
  11. Manage P/O processes, ensuring appropriate cover, approval, and payment of invoices.
  12. Prepare and present monthly review meetings with the brands.

  • Previous experience in data input and administrative duties (Essential).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience within a transport environment.
