We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader who can lead, inspire, and motivate a team to join our welcoming Cooplands bakery! Our Retail Team Leaders are responsible for managing the bakery when the Manager is not around; they are truly our Store Managers’ right-hand person.
You will be second in command, playing a key role in ensuring the team operates smoothly. Your focus will be on promoting sales, increasing profitability, and ensuring our customers leave satisfied. You will lead and engage the team, participate in food preparation, maintain store cleanliness, and serve our loyal customers.
If you have team leader experience, that’s great! We would love for you to apply. If you have experience in hospitality or retail and feel ready to step into a managerial role, we want to hear from you.
Our shift patterns run from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. We prefer candidates to be available within these hours, but we are flexible and will try to accommodate your availability.
