Join Our Team as a Cooplands Bakery Team Leader!

We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader who can lead, inspire, and motivate a team at our welcoming Cooplands bakery! Our Retail Team Leaders are responsible for managing the bakery in the absence of the Manager; they are truly the right-hand person to our Store Managers.

You will be second in command, playing a key role in ensuring smooth operations, promoting sales, and increasing profitability while ensuring our customers leave satisfied. Your focus will be on leading and engaging the team, as well as participating in food preparation, maintaining store cleanliness, and serving our loyal customers.
