We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to lead, inspire, and motivate a team at our welcoming Cooplands bakery! Our Retail Team Leaders manage the bakery in the absence of the Manager; they are essentially our Store Managers’ right-hand person.

You will be second in command, playing a key role in ensuring smooth store operations, promoting sales, and increasing profitability, all while ensuring our customers leave satisfied. Your focus will be on leading and engaging the team, as well as participating in food preparation, store cleanliness, and customer service.
