We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to lead, inspire, and motivate our welcoming Cooplands bakery team. As a Retail Team Leader, you will manage the bakery in the absence of the Manager and serve as a key support to our Store Managers.

Your role involves ensuring smooth store operations, promoting sales and profitability, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. You will lead and engage the team, participate in food preparation, ensure store cleanliness, and serve our loyal customers.
