Our aim at Abbeyfield is to create a community where residents feel empowered, safe, and respected. Our staff provide friendly service, ensuring residents enjoy home-cooked meals in a clean, warm environment, enabling them to enjoy their later years comfortably and peacefully.
You will be responsible for ensuring residents' wellbeing and safety, acting as the first point of contact for issues, and escalating concerns when necessary. Budget management and basic computer skills are advantageous, but full training and support will be provided.
This role requires eligibility to work in the UK, two satisfactory employment references, and a Standard DBS check, the cost of which will be covered by Abbeyfield. Disclosure of any convictions is necessary; failure to do so may result in employment revocation.
