We are seeking a dedicated Cook to join our skilled catering team. You will play a key role in enhancing our residents' dining experience by preparing wholesome, flavorful meals tailored to various dietary needs and preferences.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality, nutritious meals from scratch in a clean and safe kitchen
• Assist in managing daily catering operations
• Support stock control and food supply orders
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
• Contribute to menu planning to ensure variety and balance
• Support the Head Chef and 2nd Chef in kitchen operations

• Experience in a busy kitchen environment
