Job summary

Moto Hospitality is seeking a Cook at our Trowell Services site (M1 between Junction 25 and 26) in Nottingham. The role pays £13.33 per hour, with shifts from 9am to 11pm, 21 hours per week across weekdays and weekends.

What You’ll Be Doing As a Cook

• Preparing, cooking and serving a range of KFC products with speed and accuracy to perfection
• Ensuring our food preparation and holding areas are kept clean and tidy
• Taking responsibility for maintaining fryers, fridges, freezers and work spaces, reporting any issues in a timely manner to reduce potential downtime
• Adhering to all brand, H&S and Food Safety guidelines within the unit at all times
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Helping prepare the kitchen, ready for the following days trade
