Job summary

Moto Hospitality at Trowell Services, NG9 3PL, is hiring a Cook to join our KFC team. You’ll cook, prepare and serve a range of KFC products with speed and care, while keeping prep and holding areas clean and tidy.

Shifts vary from 9am to 11pm, 21 hours per week, with a mix of weekdays and weekends. We offer discretionary bonus, staff discounts up to 60%, enhanced benefits and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and serve KFC products with speed and accuracy.
• Maintain clean and organized prep and holding areas.
• Operate fryers, fridges and freezers and report issues.
• Follow brand, H&S and Food Safety guidelines.
• Work with colleagues to promote teamwork.
• Prepare kitchen for the following day’s trade.

What you’ll be doing as a Cook:

• Preparing, cooking and serving a range of KFC products with speed and accuracy to perfection
• Ensuring our food preparation and holding areas are kept clean and tidy
• Taking responsibility for maintaining fryers, fridges, freezers and work spaces, reporting any issues in a timely manner to reduce potential downtime
• Adhering to all brand, H&S and Food Safety guidelines within the unit at all times
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Helping prepare the kitchen, ready for the following days trade
