Job summary

Moto at Leigh Delamere Services, M4, Chippenham, Wiltshire, is hiring a Cook to prepare, cook and serve a range of KFC products with speed and care. You will maintain cleanliness of prep and storage areas and ensure compliance with H&S and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, cooking and serving a range of KFC products with speed and accuracy to perfection
• Ensuring food preparation and holding areas are kept clean and tidy
• Maintaining fryers, fridges, freezers and work spaces; reporting issues promptly
• Adhering to brand, H&S and Food Safety guidelines at all times
• Working with colleagues to deliver teamwork culture
• Helping prepare the kitchen for the next day’s trade

Cook - £13.33 per hour

Shifts: Between 7am and midnight, full time and part time

What you'll be doing as a Cook:

• Preparing, cooking and serving a range of KFC products with speed and accuracy to perfection
• Ensuring our food preparation and holding areas are kept clean and tidy
• Taking responsibility for maintaining fryers, fridges, freezers and work spaces, reporting any issues in a timely manner to reduce potential downtime
• Adhering to all brand, H&S and Food Safety guidelines within the unit at all times
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Helping prepare the kitchen, ready for the following days trade
