Job summary

Moto is hiring a Cook to prepare, cook and serve KFC products at our Nottingham site. You’ll work a mix of weekdays/weekends, about 21 hours per week, with shifts roughly between 9am and 11pm. You’ll join a team focused on speed, accuracy and customer service while maintaining clean prep areas and equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced customer service or food service preferred.
• Ability to work across varying shifts including weekends.
• Strong teamwork and communication to support a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and serve a range of KFC products with speed and accuracy.
• Keep food prep and holding areas clean and tidy.
• Maintain fryers, fridges, freezers and workspaces; report issues promptly.
• Adhere to brand, H&S and Food Safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a supportive team culture.
• Help prepare the kitchen for the next day’s trade.

What you’ll be doing as a Cook:

• Preparing, cooking and serving a range of KFC products with speed and accuracy to perfection

• Ensuring our food preparation and holding areas are kept clean and tidy

• Taking responsibility for maintaining fryers, fridges, freezers and work spaces, reporting any issues in a timely manner to reduce potential downtime

• Adhering to all brand, H&S and Food Safety guidelines within the unit at all times

• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork

• Helping prepare the kitchen, ready for the following days trade
