Cook III - Coliseum ($20.00)

Position Summary

Works closely with standard recipes and presentations. Maintains quality standards and consistency of product and keeps waste to a minimum. Preparation of all cold appetizers cold cuts and salads. Assists in unloading of deliveries stocking and rotating of products. Maintains the cleanliness and sanitation of the work areas and equipment in accordance with Health Department standards.

Job Duties

• Unload deliveries.
• Stock and rotate product.
• Communicate with management staff and other employees.

Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations

Education

• Preferred culinary program graduate.

Experience

• Requirements include food preparation in a high-volume hotel/restaurant environment

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

• Demonstrate initiative personal awareness professionalism positive attitude and integrity exercise a high quality of customer service and leadership in all areas of performance.
• Project a professional image and demeanor.
• Understand apply and comply with all company policies and procedures.

• Ability to twist bend and lift up to 50 lbs of sugar and flour waist high at least once per day.
• Ability to use hands arms and fingers to mix and to operate baking equipment.
• Ability to twist bend kneel and reach to stock and rotate product.
• Ability to communicate verbally with others in an effective and respectful manner.

Compensation

Base Pay Start Rate: $20.00
