Job Opportunity: Cook at Henley Business School

We are seeking a passionate Cook to join our team at Henley Business School, contributing to our mission of creating the best campus food experience. This role involves working with our Aspiring Chef team to produce fresh, nutritious, and seasonal dishes across six kitchens.

We are the first European member of the Menus of Change Universities Research Collaborative (MCURC), focusing on research to improve health and environmental impact. Team Structure

The university operates three teams of Chefs & Kitchen Porters, each led by a Head Chef, covering hotel services, cafes, bars, event catering, and dining halls. Staff movements between teams promote professional development.

Candidate Requirements

• Ability to follow all regulations and legislation, including fire procedures, C.O.S.H.H., and accident procedures.
• Basic food safety knowledge
• Problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
